All event registration fees are non-refundable. Once registration is completed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued, including for personal scheduling conflicts, cancellations, or no-shows.
EVENT CANCELLATION
In the unlikely event that Restoration 2027: Becoming is canceled by the organizers, registrants will be notified using the contact information provided during registration.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, venue issues, or other external factors. Any refund or credit will be issued at the discretion of the event organizers.
EVENT MODIFICATIONS
The event schedule, speakers, sessions, and venue are subject to change. Organizers reserve the right to make modifications when necessary to support the event experience or address unforeseen circumstances.
LIABILITY WAIVER
By attending Restoration 2027, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. The event organizers, partners, and venue are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the event.
PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING
By attending the event, you consent to photography, video, and audio recording and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of such content by The Purposed & Powerful Podcast for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff prior to the event.
ATTENDEE AGE REQUIREMENT
Due to liability and facility restrictions, attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Please make arrangements accordingly.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from registration or participation in the event will be resolved under Florida law.
